If you are a returning student and do not have a completed health form on file with SHS, you will be expected to provide the form prior to fall arrival.
Once completed, please follow instructions for uploading or sending the form to SHS. New students must have their physician complete a more comprehensive health form, located here. Stay tuned for more information regarding fall flu clinics! If you have not received the flu vaccine prior to coming to campus, please note that it will be made available through SHS in the fall. Students receiving the COVID vaccine upon arrival may be required to quarantine, based on guidelines in existence at the time. However, we expect the amount of COVID vaccine available will be limited. Student Health Services hopes to have vaccinations for students unable to obtain the vaccine prior to arrival. New and returning students can upload proof of the COVID vaccine and flu shot here. As with other required immunizations, a record of your vaccines should be provided to Student Health Services (SHS). This includes the COVID vaccine and a flu shot, prior to your arrival on campus in the fall. In alignment with the other colleges in the consortium, all Scripps students are required to be vaccinated.

It will be wonderful to see you back on campus! As Interim President Marcus-Newhall has indicated, we are so pleased to be able to welcome students back in Fall 2021, and excited to be able to host some limited activities on campus this summer, including select academic research and summer camp groups.
